    Početak rada vinarije blagoslovio je otac Simeon, starešina manastira Rukumija, rečima: „Čovek može da se prejede hleba, pa da mu se smuči, zato ono što radiš, radi časno, ne dodajući vinu ništa što mu Bog i priroda nisu namenili“.

    Požarevljanin Miroslav Živković napustio je rudarstvo, setio se i poslušao oca Simeona, u stilu pravog domaćina se posvetio grožđu i vinu i osnovao vinariju koja danas godišnje proizvede  10.000 litara kvalitetnog vina, koje plasira požarevačkim restoranima i renomiranim beogradskim hotelima.

    Za potrebe vinskog turizma dovršena je i sala za degustaciju koja može da primi oko 50 gostiju koji žele da probaju vina jedine vinarije u Braničevskom okrugu.

    The opening of this winery was blessed by father Simeon, leader of monastery Rukumija by the following words: „If a man eats too much bread, he could be sick, so whatever you do, do it honorably, do not add to wine anything that nature and God did not intend to add“.

    Miroslav Živković from Požarevac gave up mining, recalled and followed the words of father Simeon. As a true traditionalist, he dedicated himself to grapevine growing and founded a winery which now produces 10,000 l of high quality wine per year and distributes it to restaurants and hotels in Belgrade and Požarevac.

    For the needs of wine tourism, there is a room for wine tas-ting with capacity of around 50 guests who would like to try wines of the only winery in Braničevo region.

    Aleksandrović

    Pobrđa Oplenca od davnina su ljudi koristili za uzgajanje vinove loze. Mesto iz koga Vinarija Aleksandrović potiče vuče svoje korene, a pre svega naziv u daleku prošlost.

    Porodica Aleksandrović koja se više od sto godina bavi vinogradarstvom i vinarstvom, od početka je blisko sarađivala sa vinogradarima i vinarima kraljevih podruma, a nalazila se i među osnivačima Venčačke vinogradarske zadruge. Kada je čuveni dvorski podrumar Živan Tadić, koji je posle II svetskog rata emigrirao u Kanadu, saznao da porodica Aleksandrović obnavlja vinarsku tradiciju oplenačkog kraja poslao je u Vinču recepturu – sortni sastav Trijumfa, najboljeg vina Kraljevih podruma, koje se pre II svetskog rata pilo na skoro svim evropskim dvorovima.

    Danas Vinarija Aleksandrović za proizvodnju svojih vrhunskih vina koristi oko 75 hektara vinograda, zasađenih visokokvalitetnim sortama grožđa. Imperativ u proizvodnji vina je kvalitet što i čini da je Vinarija Aleksandrović danas jedan od lidera u proizvodnji vrhunskih vina u Srbiji. Vina ove vinarije nazvana „vina za sva vremena“ našla su svoje mesto na tržištima S.A.D., Nemačke, Švajcarske i Velike Britanije a eminentni švajcarski časopis „Vinum“ je Vinariju Aleksandrović označio kao predvodnika novog talasa vina iz istočne Evrope.

    Hills of Oplenac were used for viticulture from the old times. The place where Aleksandrović winery is placed, together with its name, has the origins in deep past.

    The Aleksandrović family has dealt with viticulture and wine making tradition for more than a century. At the beginning they had close cooperation with winegrowers and winema-kers in King’s service and they were among the founders of Venčac winegrower association.

    When Živan Tadić, famous worker in royal cellars who emigrated in Canada after World War II, found out that this family worked on renewing Oplenac wine tradition, he sent recipe for variety mixture Trijumf (Triumph), the best wine of king’s cellars, which was consumed in almost all European courts before World War II.

    Today this winery uses 75 ha of vineyards with high quality grape varieties as source for its wine production.

    A must in wine production is good quality, which makes Aleksandrović winery one of the leaders in wine production in Serbia today. Wines made here are called „wines for all times“ and have found their position in foreign markets as well – in USA, Germany, Switzerland, and Great Britain. Eminent Swiss magazine „Vinum“ marked Aleksandrović winery as a leader of new wave wine from Eastern Europe.

    Temet

    U čast prirode, sunca i zemlje, uzdignuta na bregu, okružena vinogradima, podignuta je Vinarija Temet. Njeno stvaranje je uzbudljiv put ispunjen otkrićima i iskušenjima. Sama reč Temet izvedena je iz latinske reči Temetum, što u prevodu znači – jako, snažno, vino sa karakterom.     In honor of the nature, sun and ground, on top of the hill, surrounded by vineyards, Temet Winery was built. Its creation is an exciting story full of findings and challenges. The word „Temet“ itself is derived from Latin work Temetum, meaning strong, powerful, wine with character. The winery is situated in Lozovik village, in central Serbia highland where Šumadija meets Pomoravlje (area of the Morava river). From the hill where the view spreads from Juhor towards Crni Vrh, it was once clear where farmable land and the place good for vineyard was. Jagodina wine region is suitable for viticulture and white and red wine production due to its favorable environmental characteristics.

    Positioned on the beautiful hilly slopes which provide ideal sun exposure, Temet Winery is created under the strong influence of the environment, striving to find harmony in work and hedonism.

    Porodica Stević od 1981. godine na svom imanju u selu Majilovac, nedaleko od Požarevca, proizvodi šampinjone i bukovaču.

    Posle dugogodišnjeg usavršavanja porodičnog recepta mariniranja pečuraka, Stevići su došli do idealne recepture i tada se rodila ideja o nastanku premium brenda “Dšamp” i mogućnosti plasiranja tog proizvoda na tržište.

    Receptura za uspeh je jednostavna i jedino ispravna, pošto većinu sastojaka sami uzgajaju na svom gazdinstvu, najmanji šampinjoni se pažljivo biraju ručnom selekcijom, dok se bukovača secka, prilikom mariniranja kuvaju se u ulju, belom vinu (tamjanika) i začinima, i na taj način spajaju ih u jedinstveni ukus. Prilikom pripreme, ne koristi se konzervans.

    Milojević

    U degustacionoj sali izrađenoj u etno stilu (kombinacija cigle i drveta) koja odiše mirisima i ukusima ovog kraja, gosti mogu da probaju vina iz ovog podruma kombinovana sa pratećim gurmanskim specijalitetima pripremljenim po originalnoj recepturi, kao što su hleb iz furune, kajmak, pršute, razne vrste mesa, sireva i dr.

    U selu Zeoke nadomak Lazarevca, na padinama zeočkih brda koja čuvaju viševekovnu tradiciju vinogradarstva ovog kraja, u okviru gazdinstva porodice Milojević, prostiru se vinogradi površine tri hektara u kojima su zastupljene stone, ali i vinske sorte grožđa od kojih se dobijaju čuvena vina nadaleko poznata i u beogradskoj i u šumadijskoj regiji – a i šire.

    Najbolja vina iz ove vinarije dobijaju se od probranog grožđa, na tradicionalan način. U njih je utkano iskustvo stečeno vekovima, duh prošlosti i bezganična ljubav prema vinogradarstvu.

    Pored vina porodica Milojević proizvodi i domaće rakije.

    In a tasting room made in ethno style (a combination of brick and wood) that reflects the smells and tastes of this region, guests can taste wines from this basement combined with accompanying gourmet specialties prepared according to the original recipe, such as bread from “furuna”, kajmak, various types of meat, cheeses, etc.

    In the village of Zeoke, near Lazarevac, on the slopes of the Žiče hills, which preserve the centuries-old tradition of viticulture in this region, within the household of the Milojević family, there are vineyards of three hectares in which the stone is represented, as well as the wine grape varieties from which famous wines are well known in Belgrade and Šumadija region – and beyond.

    The best wines from this winery are obtained from the selected grapes, in a traditional manner. In them, the experience acquired through centuries, the spirit of the past, and the unwanted love of vineyard have been entwined.

    In addition to wine, Milojević family produces homemade brandy.

    Acumincum

    Pored Rimokatoličke crkve u Starom Slankamenu na obali Dunava, nalazi se kuća poznata kod meštana kao kuća Đorđa Mrkšića. U podrumu kuće se nalaze ostaci turskog kupatila (amam) sagrađenog oko 1560. Župski dom je 1837. kupio Đorđe Mrkšić i od tada je služila kao porodična kuća sa kačarom gde se godinama pravilo domaće vino poznato u celom kraju. Nakon što je više desetina godina bila nenasta-njena kuću je 2009. kupio Milan Spasić poželevši da na jednom mestu, tako bogatom tradicijom, napravi moderan dom za svoje vino. Rekonstrukcija je započeta u jesen 2011. Ovo je jedno od retkih mesta u Srbiji gde će moći da se proba domaći širaz i uživa u nesvakidašnjem ambijentu na obali Dunava!

    Next to the Catholic church in Stari Slankamen, at the ri-verbank of the Danube, there is a house among the local population known as the house of Đorđe Mrkšić. In the house cellar there are remains of Turkish bathroom (ha-mmam) built around 1560. Parish house was bought in 1837 by Đorđe Mrkšić and ever since it served as a family house with a separate facility where homemade wine famous in the whole region was made for years. After being desolated for several decades, it was bought by Milan Spasić who wanted to make a modern home to his wine in a place with rich tradition. Reconstruction was started in 2011. This is one of the rare places in Serbia where you can try homemade shiraz and enjoy extraordinary atmosphere at the Danube riverside!
